Many of us have a combination of health issues and treatment (supplements,

dosage, procedure) is confusing. I have done tons of research and have pages of

information - still confused, mainly about order of treatment. Too many of us

are on a limited budget and taking supplements before the body can fully utilize

them seems like a waste.

Question:

With Malabsorption aren't most supplements (and cost) being wasted? Candida

can't be fully cleared up until metals are out, yet Candida exasperates

irritable bowel/malabsorption....So what is the best approach and with what

supplements?

So for those of us whose vicious cycle includes..

Toxicity (Mercury, Arsenic, Lead) - Candida - Adrenal stress - Irritable

Bowel/Malabsorption

With this combination of ailments anxiety, brain fog and sleep deprivation or

almost a given.

Proposed Treatment Program -

Limited, to no, sugar, gluten, caffeine, alcohol

Adrenals need support before and during chelating. Adrenal Cortex Extract

(100mg/2x day)

Digestion: HCL (Betaine) w/ Pepsin (650mg per capsule-2 w/ each meal), Digestive

enzymes (2x what is recommend on the bottle), Probiotics

Leaky gut: glutamine

Candida- Supposed to be treated (diet) at the same time as mercury/lead/arsenic

but will not be resolved until toxic metals out of the body. DMSA and ALA make

Candida worse, so it seems like trying to really control Candida (Oil of

Oregano, Pau d' Arco, Nystatin, etc.) is a waste of money until toxic levels are

lowered.

Chelation

So, is all this supposed to go on at the same time? If you still have Candida

aren't probiotics and digestive enzymes being wasted?
