Milk versus cheese infraction

I cheated today bigtime. I went to Costco and bought a chicken wrap.

This is not a small cheat. A chicken wrap is a foot long dough covered

thing with chickn, cheese and bacon in it. I don't miss gluten or dairy

but I have not gotten enough protein and was short on time. I have been

thinking a lot about cheese and why the reading says it is worse than

milk straight yet a few of us have seen the opposite. After cheating

today I have a few thoughts:

Prior cheats of a much les magnitude have yielded different results but

here is what I think. Liquid allergen in a person who is not obviously

allergic likely produces, as it does in me, the atypical GERd thing

where it goes to the ears and head. Cheese sort of lays in my belly and

has a hard time getting out but does not cause the head and ear pain. I

can get away with some gluten but too much and all systems go whacky.

I am no expert of any kind but I thought the discussion worthy of

posting because the one thing that bothered me was thinking my son was

in pain equal to or worse than mine and could not tell me. I'd hate for

any child to experience that pain and the communication frustration on

top of it. Add to that, in the older kids, being labeled a behavior

problem...well, I thought it worth mentioning.

I do not know if I am right but just what I have experienced. Hope this
