[chelatingkids2] Fwd: Food allergy magazine (a little OT-but relevant

to special diets)

Hi All,

Martha is taking a poll on her website in order to start a new magazine.

A bunch of her employees came up with some ideas and the public gets to choose

which one gets published. One of the ideas is for a magazine geared toward

people with food allergies and intolerances. A magazine like this might help us

in finding

nutritious, delicious, foods that will work with various diets for our

kids/families.

I figure, if it eliminates the top allergens, there might be some good info in

it for us.

" Living Without " is current magazine publication that has been great

for me over the years. More and more, they run stories on GFCF and

Autism. It is a mag dedicated to gluten-free living, but recipes and

articles often deal with CF and provide CF recipe options.
