Guest guest
I am very new to Apraxia, as my 22m. old son was just diagnosed in the last two weeks. I've read so many positive things about fish oil that I decided to try it for him. I purchased Nordic Naturals Complete Omega 3-6-9 liquid (w/ enhanced stabilizers it says). It contains purified deep see fish oil, borage oil and vitamin E. The bottle says it supports healthy skin, flexible joints, and strong immune function. I was unsure of whether I should have gotten something with just fish oil, or if the 3-6-9 omega stuff was better. Also, what dosage do you recommend for a 22m. old? According to the bottle, one serving -- One Teaspoon contains 675 mg EPA, 450 mg DHA, etc. Also, do you recommend mixing the liquid with food or drink or giving it by syringe/spoon? Does it make a difference? Thanks for any input you can provide this newby!
