valtrex and crazy weight gain???

Hi everyone,

My son has gained 2 kgs in 1 month since he has been on valtrex. His diet has

not changed. Actually he is eating less than before as he is also on vancomycin

which reduces his appetite. I have cut down his carbs even more but he is

gaining weight so rapidly that he got stretch marks on his thighs and buttocks.

We are keeping him physically active also. Anyone with the same issue?
