Guest guest
I started my son on immusist about 8 months ago.....at first he became calmer on it until he started experiencing extreme die off. Thanks to rita who gave me the advice of adding binders to my sons daily routine he was able to overcome this but not without fighting some serious bacterial issues that put my son in a regression for that lasted for about six months. back then one or two drops a daywas what i gave him. the stuff is potent in my book. it unleases a lot of garbage in the cells. I have used other things to help with this detoxification process and now am up to ten drops a day immusist. It is like any medicinal tool we use . must be used carefully. watch for reactions with your son. but I love this stuff. if you want contact me off list i can give you more details. channa To: mb12valtrex Sent: Wednesday, November 28, 2012 3:14 AMSubject: IMMUSIST anyone? Guest guest
What binders did you use Channa? And what was the gap between supplements and your binders? And how often did you use them? Guest guest
Hi debbie, our dr. Has recommended the max dose for my son (6 in a month) is 10 drops 2x per day but like others mention go slowly and stop before this if he doesn't tolerate it. We're currently at 10 drops. Guest guest
my son did well on blue green algae from http://www.thesynergycompany.com/ and diamatous earth from http://www.wolfcreekranch.net/ i also used red clay for a while also a product called alkalime by young essentail oils which alkanizes the body which i believe is huge in helping the detoxification process further... gap between supps? I used immusist on empty stomach and gave binders with food so a couple hours in between channa To: mb12valtrex Sent: Wednesday, November 28, 2012 1:19 PMSubject: Re: IMMUSIST anyone? Guest guest
Thanks Channa. I have been using activated charcoal but it absorbs everything so I am always looking for different binders which can be given with food. I will look into the binders u suggested. Guest guest
is, I just checked, message #112878 has the list of Binders, Detox & Organ support if you would like further info on binders that a trusted group of LIA moms put together...i also reposted it by request in Message #119259 (May 3rd, 2012). It's been a while, if you have trouble pulling it up or would like me to repost it, just let me know, I'd be happy either repost it or send you a copy personally. Channa found a good binder w/the blue green algea...as with anything, some kids still react to different binders, especially if they have digestion or methalation cycle issues. I also have fully concentrated on alkalizing the body (check out the book " Alkalize or Die " ...I forget the author, but it's a good book my good friend that's a nutritionist loaned me a couple of years ago). Guest guest
Thanks so much for responding Channa, , & more! Deb, I'm tired, so I hope you don't mind me copying from some of my prior posts...I'll try & condense it down & put into together here for you: Recommendations: 1) Take AWAY FROM RX's as much as possible. 2) Take WITH good vitamins/minerals, good fats like purified CLO/flax oils as the Immusist being safe surfactants will help the body further absorb these items. 3) Recommend the " Natural " one for our kids because of their sensitivities. 4) Dosage Recommendations: From message #121558 " Don't worry about getting a binder on board yet...sometimes we have known kids to react to the binders.....kind of stirring the pot. Just see how he does on a slow Immusist start. Start w/1 drop am given every day....after 3-5 days if he's doing well add 1 drop in the pm (now he's on 2 drops a day 1 am + 1 pm...make sure he's drinking well during the day taking the Immusist drop with a full glass of water (make sure he drinks all this glass...this is the glass my son takes w/his supplements). After 3-5 days you can then add if all seems fine 1 more drop 1 am...slowly increase rotating the drop you are increasing...you can add in a middle of the day 3rd dose if it would work out w/you. I'd put Immusist #1 in helping his bodies needs. #2 in this mom-o-meter is a good zinc because you say you have the white spots on your nails...liquid is best but just do the best you can. After my research I'd say, if you fit into the MTHFR & /or MB12'rs that need the broken down versions to complete their methalation cycles...this would be an important thing to make sure & have on board. " If your child is extremely sensitive you may want to start even slower than message #121558 has recommended…you can start w/a picture of water with 2 glasses of water in it then drop in 1 drop and give throughout the day. Message #120987 has advise on dosage if EBV is a stress. Advise on splitting the dose w/a glass of water throughout the day. 5)Dr Amy's Powerpoint " Biomedical Tips & Tricks " : http://betterhealthguy.com/joomla/blog/259-biomedical-tips-and-tricks-with-amy-d\ \erksen-nd 6) Binders, Organ & Detox support list is message #112878 & 119259 (05-03-12)on this group. Again, sorry for the cut & paste answers, I'm really tired & need to get to bed. If you need any additional help, just let us know. Blessings! Guest guest
. that is why I went to the diamatous earth and algae because it doesnt seem to interfere with food digestion. yes I try and give the hard core stuff like charcoal and clay for acute problems onlyrita has a great list on binders and so forth. I have been looking into pectin as another binder to have.. but in the beginning my son could not do algae...in the beginning of our journey when his gut was so messed up. as rita says try one thing at a time and go slow... as always I suggest dealing with removing food allergies/ triggers and make sure all the supps are not causing a bad reaction before starting any detox otherwise it is like putting bad stuff in while trying to get bad stuff out. channa To: mb12valtrex Sent: Wednesday, November 28, 2012 11:39 PMSubject: Re: IMMUSIST anyone?
