Guest guest
For those that say they are scared to contribute, offended by all the biomed details.. Don't be! Jump right in and say what you have to say.. if you do, then it won't be so saturated with all the biomed stuff. And if you are offended by the biomed postings, it's really simple, click, delete! Who has time to read every single message from this group anyway ? Not me.. No one will mind or even know if you don't read all the messages! You just gotta filter what you personally will find useful. And again, don't be afraid.. just jump right in! But the way I see it. (this is key here-- THE WAY I SEE IT- please people don't get offended by what I say--haha-- maybe you don't see it this way, and that is FINE!). these people who are posting all the results of their biomed success stories with their kids, this is completely natural for them to want to do this! They have found something that is truly working for their child and if you had that.. wouldn't you want to SHOUT IT FROM THE ROOFTOPS! I know I do! I love it when my son makes progress and I will tell anyone and everyone how happy I am about that. And they are heroes in my mind, spending their precious time trying to share this information with others.. so that others might be helped. Maybe it won't work for your child.... but maybe it will! And this is why they want to share, because just maybe.. just maybe the same thing that is working for their child could work for another child and bring such joy to their lives! So take it or leave it. They are doing this out of love for your apraxic kid that they don't even know! So I would just like to say a big THANK YOU, to everyone who has GIVEN on this board.. given some of themselves to help other families out there affected by apraxia. (I think this pretty much applies to everyone on the board who has posted) Sooooo to all you who have given your time, your thoughts, your words in a hope that it will positively affect the life of someone living with apraxia I sincerely from my heart, am saying THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU !
