Guest guest
I made the mistake, cold turkey, which now I read is not a good idea. I did make an appt today with a DAN Dr in our area, not until June but they said he gets cancellations. There are so many things that need to be tested and I for so long have put this off but I know he needs this appt. I realized that there must be something to this if his body is reacting so much to not having it. They said to keep a food journal and not be too much on changing the diet drastically until his appt. I did give him a pizza that he usually ate, I figured I cant put him through this until I know what supplements like enzymes to give him to make it better, it was interesting he only ate like 3 bites, I think he knows it makes him feel icky. I also want to apologize to anyone I may have offended with regards to the gluten free diet. I am sure we all have bad days and sometimes it is easier to take it out on someone we don't know. Thanks for all the support. Jen **************Start the year off right.
