Listening Program Experiment

I wanted to let you all know what is going on with a Listening

program experiment in my house. When I do the preview I get a sinus

headache. complained of pain when she did just a little

(seconds) at a low volume. You know 's crazy story where he

craved and detoxed on it. Well, over time we did the 15 minute per

day, 5 days, 2 days off. We are finishing up cd 4 for

and the OT says we can give him 1/2 hour sessions once we start #5. I

have been able to get to listen to music and books on cd

generally and that translated to getting her to listen to TLP for 15

minutes on CD1 today. She has officially begun the program. The OT is

loaning it to ius for free because when we are done she wants us to

get the newer version rather than this one (she is awesome). Since it

is all here hubby and I are starting it).

Since we are talking so much about the hands I wanted to mention that

's hand strength increased on it, he even had a hand tremor and

he is improving with drawing etc. He went from not trying, to drawing

only when on TLP to drawing all the time. (NT) has no

writing issues and does very well and is quite the artist generally.

What is interesting though is when she draws while listening the

pictures become incredibly detailed. Hubby is an artist and that

stuff is on his side so he encourages this stuff. He drew a helicptor

for to color the other day and she copied it perfect.

Both kids cannot blow their own noses. TLP seems to relive congestion

somewhat. I have now taken to " snaking " 's nose after TLP.

When they sneeze it is through the mouth. Whatever this is that is

blocking articulation is in 's nasal cavity. I hope it does

not get worse when the tubes come out.
