My 2¢ on this....follow the doctor's orders/recommendations....take the 3

OneSource vitamins. When you have your bloodwork done, if adjustments need

to be made, then make them. However, there have been many post-ops who take

the OneSource and have excellent bloodwork. Why spend that extra $$ on

liquid vitamins or any other brand for that matter, if you don't need to?

Give the OneSource a chance (6 mths at least).

I think the key is to take the vitamins as prescribed...3 per day, EVERY day

for the rest of your life!
