Levocarn and effects on the body

My son only takes 3.5ml of prescription Levocarn daily. He was supposed

to take it twice a day but that gives him diarrhea.

Our neurologist says it will make him smell fishy.

I don't notice it much in his sweat or his breath but his stools smell!

Is this normal?

He is a resistent eater and hardly eats and does not eat a decent diet

but before the Levocarn I never noticed this.

He has been taking it since last May.
