giving increasing doses for three months . it is a shame i didnt get it that this was what was making his seizures worse but now after stopping it in march he still has a tendency to get the blue lipped seizures that are longer and scarier. he never had them lik e this before. the reason i gave it was for the

very high titers in the neuroviral screen to measles and i was tols d by a breakspear dr that it was very high titers and i needed to get it out by giving immunovir. please help me if anyone is reading this. what can i do is ther any way to deal with the damage done by immnvir? thks tahira

Imunovir boosts the immune system but also causes an increase in antibody production. For my son Imunovir was relly bad cause he had PANDAS and the Imunovir really made his PANDAS flare up by increasing antobody production which causes inflamation in the brain. I would think that anti inflamatories might hlep. Some use high doses of motrin 4 times per day. There are also natural anti inflamatories like vitamin c , cod liver oil and curcumin. To deal with the high MMR titers I would do high dose Vitamin A protocol. If you google Dr Mc Candless and the high dose vitamin a prococol you should find the protocol. I would also keep giving cod liver oil as that also contains vitamin a.

thanks susan for this. funny thing is that i have reduced the buferred vitamin c that i was giving from 2 caps to only half a day . so maybe the worsening seizures means he needs the antioxidant. what can i give as a natural antioxidant. also is motrin like ibuprofen? ie over the counter stuff? or would you say giving a 7 day trial o twice a day ibuprofen to see the effect on the seizures is worth it? he has been having brufen on and off for sore ears and the many throat problems. is there any way t o assess if ur

child pandas or not.also i used to give p5p which i have also taaken himoff. maybe he was getting the antiepilepsy effect from the p5p which has then made seizures worse.also the diflucan when it was given we saw notably huge increase in seizure activity maybe was die off as i never gave the antifungal medication before.so he had two and half weeks of it then stopped . i wonder if you know of any other safe way to deal with high yeast for sensitive kids with s eizures and same for the parasites. the difficulty is balancing the need for something against the terrible

I think the protocol for motrin(ibuprofen) is 400 mgs 4 times per day. Maybe someone else can confirm this. Sore ears and throat? Have you had a strep test? Have you tried antibiotics? For a diagnosis of PANDAS there is NO TEST. You have to look at symptoms http://www.pandasnetwork.org/ or http://www.pandasresourcenetwork.org/ are two great sites for info Have you considered TSO therapy? My daughter also has seizures. Whenever we ramp up her immune system, or take

things that kill pathogens, the seizures increase. What I have found that helps

tremendously is activated charcoal. It binds the toxins created by die off and

escorts them out of the body. However, it must be taken 2 hours away from any

other meds/supplements. It is also important to keep the bowels moving daily.
