reminder upcoming meetings and reservation form

Hi all,

I wanted to ask everyone a favor to please fill out and send back this

reservation form for attending the upcoming meetings. In the event of a

cancelation or bad weather I will be able to get in touch with you. In order

to assure we have enough chairs available please try to attend these

meetings. If we cannot get enough attendees at least 25 at the meetings then

I cannot get speakers for the group. Many require a minimum or they won't

speak to the group, unless they are guaranteed. I will not be able to have

speakers, so please attend. I can only say that I have learned so much from

all the valuable excellent speakers that I have had in the past.
