Less the 25% of Caucasian Americans (non-Jewish,non Hispanic)

This is just lactose, many people have other issues with dairy such

as casein intolerance. Heating it distroys the enzymes so it's even

harder to digest.

Since it's not that hard to eliminate, I believe that is should be

one of many steps in trying to help your child be all that they can

be. Eliminate for 3 months -- if you don't see any benefit -- go

back to dairy.

After nearly 2 years of no dairy, we have successfully added a little

bit of goat butter and cheese.
