HELP My 3 Y/O driving me nuts

My son will soon go into what's called " The Teddy Program " for his

speach delay.. Anyways.. I am having major issues with my 3 y/o to a

point litterally driving me nuts! He has a tempertrampum (sorry bad

spelling there) then throws a big fit.. and starts to whine.. working

it's way to a loud cry.... it can strick at a simple thing into a big

ordeal!

I grew up in the military way from my dad (Airforce) so .. kinda

hard for me to be sympathetic.. when I grew up in a do it or you go

no where until it's done kind of way.

I have a newborn.. tomarrow he'll be 3 weeks old.. A very good

baby; however my son.. Meh.. It's been a long hard 3 full years &

still have not fully enjoyed the time with him. He cried since

birth... & has not stopped since. The potty training.. fails... I've

stopped buying dipers I've been using the training pants, the other

training pants that you can through away.. & today I just recetly

bought him underwear 6 prs. So far.. he's crapped in them.... I am so

fed up... I mean I do have my son sit on his personal throne (toddler

toilet) for an hour or so near me.. if I hear music playing.. that

means he did a good thing... so far nothing.. the minute those

training pants or under's go back on him.. he's crapped himself..

Need help so bad.... I'm begining to get migrains again.. I really

don't want that ...
