Blisters/inflammation on big toe?

Hello,

My daughter has been in Markells since 11 weeks (she's now 15 months

old). Last night, we noticed her left big toe is inflamed and appears

to have a few blisters. I'm trying to figure out if her Markells

caused this, or her regular shoes - we're so in the habit of keeping

her socks on her that we didn't notice this and it makes me wonder how

long it's been this way! Has anyone ever had big toe issues with the

Markells? She recently (2 weeks ago) went to a larger size (2 1/2)

Markells and they are definitely big on her, but she wasn't slipping

out of them so I thought they were fine.

Her poor toe, it looks so painful, and she lifts her foot when she

crawls so it won't drag on the floor! No wonder she doesn't want to

walk.... :-(
