But when I saw your words I just sat at my computer in stunned silence. But I also think of Sunday and being Palm Sunday I thought of your daughter waving palm branches in joy. But it doesn't help to say she is with her sister now playing and rejoicing in being together because you would want to be with them soooo badly. After Leanna fell ill, I was catching up on old e-mails regarding failed marriages due to the loss of a child. Your post on that issue was so beautiful, the way you described your relationship with your husband. I have thought of you all daily, hoping things would turn around for Leanna. I am ovewhelmed that you and your husband have lost both your children to this horrible disease. You are blessed to have remained so close. Hold onto each other and know that your girls are watching over you. You are an outstanding Mom; and you so generously share your expertise with others who may be going through situations similar to those which you have experienced. My heart goes out to you and your husband. You are so obviously dedicated parents and have done everything within your power to provide your daughters with the utmost quality of life. They are blessed because of you. May the empty space in your heart be filled with the peace of knowing that your girls are together, healthy and strong -- and watching over you until you meet again.
