Guest guest
I am currently on the same medication and was told children shouldn't even nurse from a mom on the med so I am surprised they prescribed the med to your son. It can cause ligament problems in young children I was told. It is a very harsh med and is on the high end of effectiveness in the antibiotics. It covers a lot and is very potent. If you are still concerned, I would DEFINITELY call your docs or go to ER on this one. I will try to find my pamphlet to see if I can help you further, but not sure if I still have it.
