Guest guest
Just thought I would share how we administer our vitamins and minerals. This is what works for us. We use syrenges from the pharmacy. For the Omegas we put a pin in the vitamins and squeeze the vitamins into a syrenge. Then put it into his mouth along with a chaser. The capsules that have a powder in them, we put together into a small shot glass or bowl and add some pomagranite juice, then we draw it up into the syrenge and shoot it into his mouth. He is actually pretty good about taking all of it. He even says yuck or nasty afterward. Charlie is a good sport. Now watch, tomorrow this will not work for us anymore! Isn't that how it usually works with Kids? Colleen Mother of Charlie 27 Months

Guest guest
We just purchased the cod liver oil and haven't started with it yet. But, what we have been doing is buying the Smart Start peanut butter with added Omega, the Bryer's yougurt with added omega, and cereals with added omega. So far so good!!
