I believe that all these things in combination with extensive Speech Therapy have helped my son learn to talk. He is 6 y.o. today and is talking but barely could say anything @ age 4. Guest guest Posted December 7, 2007 Report Share Posted December 7, 2007 my dr. told me to start with 1/2 teaspoon which I believe is one capsule..you may want to check that...and do this for 3 - 5 days...if there are no adverse reactions..(diarrhea)...then increasing it to a teaspoon. I will tell you that every parent here will tell you a different story in that regard. It is up to you to give what you feel works for you/her. I do not give him excessive amounts of any of the supplements and then there are times where I'll skip one for a few days...and start up again...that kind of thing. I couldn't possibly tell you what is the correct.
