Guest guest Posted December 15, 2005 Report Share Posted December 15, 2005 Hi everyone: I am back on-line and hoping everyone is doing fine. My surgery and recovery went well. I did not experiences a whole lot of problems with the food, except for the acid reflux thing, that was a killer. Since my surgery on 11/14 and to-date I have only lost 27lbs. Is this the norm are am I doing something wrong? It was my plan to start exercising on the tread mill, but to be honest I am so tired and have little energy by the end of the day that it is all I can do to go to work (Swing shift). Please give me some in-put - I am not eating that much - keep it in the 1/4 cup range and it is protein first, I get full fast so for the most part I do not get any other food source in my system.
