Guest guest
My husband might be interviewing for a job in Tulsa and we want to get some advice regarding schools and therapy. We live in Cafornia. We have a 2 1/2 year old son with a diagnosis of Autism. Currently he is getting services through the State Regional center, however he is nearing the age of three and will be transfered to the school district for services. I would like to learn if our son would be at a disadvantage if we moved to Tulsa in terms of him receiving the services that he needs. Your assistance (or opinion) would be appreciated. Our son has made amazing progress since he was diagnosed at 17 months. He is currently getting 20 hours of ABA, 2 hours of Speech, 1.0 hour of OT, and 1.5 hours of PT. We're doing the biomedical approach (GFCF) and we're with a DAN also. Tulsa seems like such a great place, however we have to consider the best interest of our child too. Thank You in advance, Hetal
