Guest guest
Gordy -- That's wonderful that the sciatica is already getting better! Yippee!! I remember those first few weeks post-op as if they were yesterday. Things get easier and better each and every week. At 6- 1/2 months post op I'm in a groove and a pretty good one at that. I'm enjoying life (for the first time in a long time). I actually signed up through the Learning Exchange for a Cardio Kickboxing class and a Russian Kettlebell Lifting course. I can't wait! I'll also be taking a diving class in March and rollerblading. Oh the things I can do now. Keep up the GREAT work and keep me posted on your progress. Now, go sip some water and make sure you take all those vitamins, etc. That too gets easier (the vitamins were tough at first for me).
