Hi Joann

can you tell me what you ate, i am six weeks today and cant eat much more than hard boiled eggs , chees and oatmeal, peanut butter crackers and milk and water ,

SInce you're at six weeks, why don't you try eating some meats now? Smoked

turkey or ham roll-ups with cheese inside. Last night I ate pork pot roast

with a little rice and green peas. Lunch was a hamburger pattie topped with

Cheddar. Make deviled eggs out of your boiled eggs. Make some chicken salad

and add boiled eggs for extra protein. I don't really have anything

different to offer but it's probably time to start experimenting a little to

keep your taste buds happy. When I feel lazy I use a lean cuisine and

usually eat all the chicken or meat out of it and leave some of the carbs.
