There is a list of tips and tricks that Kori put together in the files section, it is a word doc. toward the end (FAB tips and tricks). It helped us so much when we first started Grace in the shoes! Also, Dr. Herzenberg most likely has an orthotist at his casting clinics or one that he works with anyway. You should call and talk to his asst. and ask about getting the bar and shoes.
