Judie and other post-ops...would you mind giving a few examples of meals

you've eaten recently? I'm trying to visualize what kinds of meals/foods

I'll be eating. I want to start consuming and not replacing some of the

things that are in my kitchen that probably shouldn't be there...or won't be

helpful. With 2 young kids in the house, there's always a lot of starch

(bread, crackers, etc), which is hard for me, the starch addict..

Anyhow, I'd love to hear what post-ops are eating. :)

pick things for them y ou don't like...my son is 11 but he likes his

treats...so I stocked up on popscicles, fruit snacks and some chips I don't

ever eat...LOL He doesn't need alot of that carb stuff either so I think I'm

now making better choices for him along with my weight loss. Oh granola bars

are great...even the nutri-whatevers..he loves that stuff. I just can't and

don't want the cookies and other junk food here because I'm scared I'll fall

back into old habits. I'm doing really good with my protein! You'll do

fine !!

Alyssa,

I will say one thing kids are highly adaptable at a young age. I have been

trying to limit the amount of junk food in my house. I bought these yoghurt

covered pretzels and put them in a bowl and my nephew and sisters were chomping

on them like no tomorrow. This is from a group of people who hate yoghurt. So I

said hey those are yoghurts they said. No its not it taste good. *shrug* who

understands life point is that if you bring something in who knows they might

dig it.

Lisbeth

I want to start consuming and not replacing some of the
