Judie and other post-ops...would you mind giving a few examples of meals you've eaten recently? I'm trying to visualize what kinds of meals/foods I'll be eating. I want to start consuming and not replacing some of the things that are in my kitchen that probably shouldn't be there...or won't be helpful. With 2 young kids in the house, there's always a lot of starch (bread, crackers, etc), which is hard for me, the starch addict.. Anyhow, I'd love to hear what post-ops are eating. alyssa

Guest guest
Alyssa, I will say one thing kids are highly adaptable at a young age. I have been trying to limit the amount of junk food in my house. I bought these yoghurt covered pretzels and put them in a bowl and my nephew and sisters were chomping on them like no tomorrow. This is from a group of people who hate yoghurt. So I said hey those are yoghurts they said. No its not it taste good. *shrug* who understands life point is that if you bring something in who knows they might dig it. Lisbeth I want to start consuming and not replacing some of the things that are in my kitchen that probably shouldn't be there...or won't be helpful.
