Guest guest
Where can we get the P/M brace or Dobbs brace for our daughter. She is being treated by Dr. Von Stein in ohio (After being treated by another dr unsuccessfully ). We Just got our Markel shoes and bar on Monday and are having issues with fit. The other type of shoes and brace just look much more comfortable with the soft leather shoes. I have read and used all tips and tricks. Thanks to all that took the time to post all that great information! Saylah is doing ok with the shoes but the heel seems too wide for her slim feet. It seems that the shoes are tightest around her ankel and her heel has some wiggle room. Also she has the beginings of a blisher on her little toe. Maybe from the seam in her sock. I was super careful the next time to make sure it is not rubbing. Any way if I can make this process eaiser on all of us by choosing another style brace I would like to do so. Thanks Kim Saylah born 3-5-05 blcf

Guest guest
Kim, You can just contact and order a pair. If the need is great he and Todd can probably get you a pair soon. Each is handmade and custom fitted to your child so it takes a bit to do that. It would speed the process if you went to the craft store and got a chunk of floral foam that is dense - probably the kind that you can wet is best - and making an imprint of your daughter's feet to send him. Where are you located in Ohio? We're here, too! Chris P/M brace or Dobbs brace Where can we get the P/M brace or Dobbs brace for our daughter. Guest guest
Kim, You can contact Dr. Dobbs directly at mattdobbs@... to obtain his brace. You can also contact Dave Osterman, Jr. at O & P Labs, that's the orthotics shop that makes the brace, . allison > Where can we get the P/M brace or Dobbs brace for our daughter. Guest guest
HI Kim, My son Diego was born on 3/24/05 with bcf. I would like to hear more about your story and treatment. Our son has been seen by a Dr in Phx who claimed to use Ponseti but not really he is in the Markell white boots and it was so hard to get him adjusted to them, he still will not sleep with them on. We are going to see Dr. Ponseti 8/26 and it seems like he will probably start treatment all over with him since one of his heels did not fully correct. How are you coping? It is difficult isn't it? It breaks my heart to see him struggling with the shoes being so restrictive but I am optimistic and have faith in Dr. Ponseti and his magic hands. Thank GOD theat I have found this support group, I love reading all the posts it keeps me positive !@ Take care

Guest guest
Good, I'm glad you got in touch with him. We're up here on the Lake. I love the things Cleveland has to offer and I enjoy living in the burbs as it's like having the country and the city both at your disposal but I HATE the winters here. LOL I've visited your area on business... it is beautiful down there! Chris P/M brace or Dobbs brace > > > Where can we get the P/M brace or Dobbs brace for our daughter.
