damn - I can't believe how it's flying off, man! LOL I recently went

through a really fast period, then plateaued for a week (or was it two? LOL

Anyway, it was a LONG time). Now, I'm dipping again. I thought it may have

been over but it seems to still be continuing... It's like I'll drop 4-5 lbs

like nothing then a little plateau, then drop again.. .then my body just

stays there for awhile. :)

I remember I was at my three month post-op and Dr. G said 'oh, you'll be in

the low 200's when I see you again at 6 months'. I was about what ---- 270

or so at the time and thinking 'yeah, you are joking, right????' I see him

next Wednesday! :)
