I don't think anyone has tried this diet that I know of but if someone has they will sure let you know!

As I posted earlier I really hate the nose flares. You have just described what mine does. The only thing different is that the roof of my mouth gets to hurting and it feels like someone is trying to shove my nose right on through. I hate it with a passion. Do you have pain meds? I take Ultram and that is about all I have found that makes it tolerable.

Hi all.I was wondering if any of you have tried the McDougall (vegan) diet that (of the "I beat relapsing polychondritis" website) says cured her.My nose hurts so badly today, down to my 2 front teeth, that I would tryanything I thought might help... Anyway, just wondering.Kathleen
