B-12 shots/Threelac

Hi:

We are starting B-12 shots with my 3 year old son, after visiting a

DAN. The DAN prescribed some numbing cream which I put on his butt

about 30 minutes prior to giving the injection. I know the numbing

cream works because I used it prior to him getting his bloodtest in his

arm. But, even though I do this while he is sleeping, the injection

still wakes him up, and he starts to wimper a little, then he goes back

to sleep. Is this reaction common, I was hoping he wouldn't notice it.

I hate to disturb his sleep. Any other suggestions about how to give

the shot?

Also, we just started using Threelac probiotic. Can anyone tell me

what to expect if he starts having yeast die off. Any behavior changes

to expect?

Thanks...

Holly

The numbing cream never worked for my son and anytime I tried to sneak in at

night to give it to him, he'd end up waking up, so I just do it when he's

awake. By the time he realizes I got him, it's over. Some days it's a

challenge because he knows it's coming, so I've got to be creative

sometimes.

still wakes him up, and he starts to wimper a little, then he goes back

I do the same thing - with the numbing cream and giving it to my son when he

s asleep. He wakes a little and then goes right back to sleep.

I am sure yeast die off is different in every kid based on diet, the

kid individually, the delays, etc. My kid's yeast die off was strange

poop. Also, a different time it was humping the bed and playing with

himself. At times he also seemed high. I hated it all.

We did not do threelac though. Colleen did and had other stuff but

her kid was in heavy detox. No way to know.
