Guest guest
I would also like to know what others have gone through when they have had a throat flare. Have been sick for a month now with a very sore throat and cough. Not sure if it is a viral infection or an RP flare. Doctor put me on doxy and that hasn't phased this stuff. It just goes on and on. Worries me since I am taking metho and I know how hard it is to get over " bugs " when you are on that medication. Love, Marilyn

Guest guest
Hi marilyn, here, When i first started getting sick i thought i was catching a cold or had the flu. But this was a different feeling. I knew something was wrong but it didn't feel like a regular cold. I didn't have the runny nose. I was stiff in my chest area. It was very painful when i coughed. I had lots of coughing spells. When one antibiotic didn't work, i was put on something else, this went on for almost 2 months 4yrs ago. It's probably the rp. It wasn't until my doctor gave me a steroid shot on my bottom. That is the only time i started to feel some relief. take care throat flares I would also like to know what others have gone throughwhen they have had a throat flare.
