Guest guest
Hi, Does anyone know if pancake sryup is gluten free? I looked on line and found that aunt jermina is, but just wanted to be sure. I looked at Whole Foods, but they didn't have one that said it. Thanks in advance. Guest guest
Aunt Jemima is just high fructose corn syrup and corn syrup with flavors to mimic maple. Your best bet is pure 100% maple syrup - any brand. I've found it at Whole Foods and Kroger. Supposedly there are better deals on-line. Guest guest
Hi, I have that, but my son won't eat it on his waffles. I made the mistake of using Aunt Jemima and nowq he only wants that. He has no other sweets, just doesn't like them, so I don't feel that bad. Guest guest
I know pure maple syrup is, and it's a much healthier alternative. The " pancake syrups " all have mostly HF corn syrup. in NJ > http://www.dallasrock.org/pdf/SchoolGFList.pdf > > > > > > > --------------------------------- > Shape in your own image.
