Guest guest
My husband (60 and healthy) was diagnosed with RP earlier this year. He's on Pred and Metho. About 2 weeks ago he suffered a TIA, Transient Stoke. He's fine now and doc ran a bunch of tests (still waiting for the results). Can anyone tell me if RP and/or the meds are related to strokes? Thanks - Sherry

Guest guest
Sherry, The prednisone can cause elevated blood pressure but I would be very surprised if that medication caused the TIA. I can't find any thing with the Methotrexate that would cause a problem.
