Guest guest
" I have been keeping a small journal. I've only been dx. for a few months. And it seems they have caught it be for to much damage was done. I thank God for that. I thought if nothing else I could see how this thing progressed. " Ann, What you're doing is a great idea. Don't do as I did and stop. I started a medical journal about 8 months after diagnosis and it was fine up until the RP started getting really bad around April. Btn dr. appts, feeling exhausted and work, I just couldn't write in my journal and kept putting it off. The more time went by, the more tense I felt about keeping things updated. It's a neverending cycle! Because drs are always changing dosages and meds on us, it's always a good idea to keep this sort of information, esp to keep track on how you're doing with the changes in meds/dosages. I think it could also be a nice addition to the medical records that some people here keep for their own files. ===== When choosing the lesser of two evils, I always like the one I haven't tried. -- Mae West __________________________________________________
