Sorry to hear that you have yet another problem. RP is bad enough to deal with alone. There are so many in this group who have more than one autoimmune disease. Sorry to hear that CMT is one that has disable several of your family members. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

Hi Group, Had my visit with Rheumy on Friday and got the news from EMG tests and its not so good. I've got CMT-Hereditary Sensory & Motor Neuropathy. This has always been in the back of my mind as it has disabled so many in my family. At this point all they can do is provide pain management and see how it progresses. At least its something I already know about. Rheumy put me on Neurontin to help with the burning pain in feet and legs. Has anyone else been on this med? Does anyone else in group have CMT? Love to hear how you are handling both RP & CMT. Thanks Midge
