Hi Ann,

Yes I've heard of Qigong. It's an ancient Chinese healing art. There's info on the net about it, just do a search and you'll find info. Also try your local library or book store for books. If you have a China town in your city you will probably find a Qigong practioner there. Practioners train for many years to be a Qigong master so make sure that you find a good one.

Hope this helps.

Thanks Elaine, My husband saw it He believes in self healing. He doesn't like the thought of me being on all these meds. Of course we are talking about someone who rarely even gets a sniffle. But anyhoo. He said he would try anything for me. Money is tight right now with med bills and meds. I hate the thought of spending all that money on a wild goose chase. Ann

Hi Ann,

Qigong shouldn't be expensive and a good practitioner will do it according to what you can afford. They are more interested in doing what's right than what's profitable. It is a relaxation type threapy that treats your whole self not just the disease and will probably be good for stress which can aggravate RP.

Good luck with finding what works for you. I have been wanting to try Qigong but the trips to Vancouver are expensive.
