This is very helpful to me. One thing to consider if milk is allowed

in diet as it is with your son would be filtered water. We now know

casein is an issue for my son. A further issue, for us, was the push

pull between the fluoride in that water he drank and the poorly

absorbed calcium in the milk. If you need info on filtering let me

know offlist. It sounds like you have had a long journey and are

reaping the benefits of some hard work. So happy to hear payoffs are

coming your way!
