I have decided to move on from the group. I started with the group in the beginning with Di and Sue and learned so much from others , know one understands the battle of weight like we do ! However Joan was removed from posting to the group by Mandy ! I dont understand this at all Joan had great info and was never rude in any way ! We should be able to speak about whatever we want and if your not interested skip it. anyone can e-mail me robinandgreg@... I would love to answer anything I can for you.
