Guest guest
Please tell me if I am doing this right. I give my son: With breakfast 1 vitamin E and EPA With lunch 2 NN 3-6-9 Should I be breaking up the 3-6-9 to give one at a time. (Adding one with dinner instead of two at lunch?) I want to add another vitamin E--When should I give this? At lunch with the 3-6-9 or give two in the morning with breakfast? Does it matter if he gets the EPA before the NN 3-6-9 during the day? How do you all do this? Thanks for your input!
Guest guest
Hi : Supplements are trial and error...the simpler you can make it on yourself the better. Most give 2 ProEFA and 1 ProEPA as 1 dose. Some have gone up to three doses which would be 9 capsules. You would break it up and give 2 ProEFA and 1 ProEPA for breakfast, lunch and dinner if you were going to give 9 capsules. It is best to give with fatty foods to help with absorption. Vitamin E is the same way...400iu breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Once you get to 800iu, you should add the high gamma (300mg). Here is an archived message that might help you more. You can also look in the links section for EFA (fish oil) and Vitamin E folders for more information on this subject. /message/52516 Archived message on EFAs and Vitamin E...to get started. /links Hope this helps you, Tina > > Please tell me if I am doing this right. Guest guest
Thanks! I was afraid giving two 3-6-9 at the same time was too much. I didn't know if there were more benfits if the dose was spread out over the day. -------------- Original message -------------- From: " trmckenna1 " <trmckenna1@...> Hi : Supplements are trial and error...the simpler you can make it on yourself the better.
