Guest guest
Where do you all buy these items? I found carnaware at the carnaware site. Please tell me there is a vitaglo/vitaminlife/vitacost place that sells that for less! And where are you getting ProEPA and ProEFA? I'm assuming these are gel capsules, right? So 2 a day twice a day? Are the adult (not the junior) versions possible to use and therefore cheaper? I was wondering if 1, twice a day was possible. Thanks in advance, Golden [ ] Re: how are you getting your toddler to chew these vitamins? Re: getting these vitamins into the kids, I just wanted to say that I'd checked with someone about heating the ProEfa, such as in pancake mix, and although I cannot remember if it was someone on this list or I called a store who would know, I was told that heating it can cause it to not work or not work as well, that it somehow damages the fish oils. If the " vitamins " you're referring to are the fish oils, E, I will just add that I found something my grandson will drink with all of it mixed in. I ordinarily wouldn't give him this because I would rather he drink milk or water, but it's worth it if it gets these oils in him. It's the V-8 Splash Smoothies. He drinks the strawberry/banana and has had the berry flavor. I think there are about 4 flavors. It's supposed to be fruit juices with 35% less sugar than _________ what I don't know. The oils don't mix in really, but I shake it up (in a sippy cup) and he drinks it up quick. I'm sure some of the oils are left a bit in the cup, however, I decided it wasn't worth stressing about it, that most of it's getting in him, which is better than none. Good luck.
