Guest guest
I am interested to know what post-ops are taking for your vitamin/supplement needs. Originally, I was prescribed a pre-natal vitamin called Nutrinate, B12 sub-lingually daily (or monthly in a shot), liquid calcium twice daily...I think that's it. HOWEVER, this was killing me! It was such a pain to take everything...take THIS a half hour before meals, take THAT an hour after THIS, but don't take THESE together. Oh! It was awful for me, and I just wasn't doing it. Then I found Isotonix which is a liquid vitamin all-in-one, once a day thing and it's great! BUT- at $60 a month, it's a little steep. So, here I am almost out of Isotonix and searching for a new great vitamin regimen. I'm looking at Essential Daily which will run about $25/month, but it falls a little short in B12 and Iron compared to my original plan. I'm wondering though, since this is also liquid (powder mixed w/water) and designed for bariatric patients, maybe it doesn't matter. Please tell me what you all are doing. Thanks! in CA LAP RNY 07-17-03 324/225.75/130?
