Guest guest
Hi there, I am not Kim , But really do believe in both the natural supplements you asked about. I take them & I also take garlic every day & have all my life (along with the rest of " good health items -i.e.. multi-vitamins, calcium -remember my age :):)..Really , My mother truly felt these were the proper way to go in health care. Now realize that I am 70+ years old .still work full time, in a second career , had 7 children & now keep up with the 10 grandchildren as well. I never had real illness. NO childhood disease, nor did any of my 5 living children,,,,,,,,,,soooooooo...what I am saying is that the natural supplements really help your own body do its thing---AND keeps it going , OR replaces whatever your lacking or are short of. Kim has studied many of these & is very knowledgeable on them.Trust me, she digs deep into this study. Her kids are very healthy & so active, Also, my cohort, Lois,(many know her as Auntie Lois) has formally studied & believes in this so much so , we added all these to out shelves as well . Folks with or /and without CF should follow many of these in their own daily routine. Good Luck----- LOVE & HUGS< GRANDMOMBEV Re: vitamins & minerals?/Kim... I am making a copy of this post and it is going on my refrigerator door! I forget to take my vitamins every morning. Kim, what do you think of gingsana and ginkoba, my sister made me buy it back in January of this year and I have yet to try it. Yes, I do forget everything. Guest guest
I am on Zoloft for PMDD which in addition to depression is used at a low dose for PMDD which is severe premenstrual syndrome. Basically, I am a nasty witch for about a week or a week and a half out of the month and I'm a pretty relaxed, casual person the rest of the time. I got sick of being a monster so I tried Sarafem for a year. It helped a little but I still felt very angry and frustrated around that time so I was switched to zoloft. It's only been a month but I hardly even noticed that I had my time of month. I was not a mean witch so if you are looking for an an antidepressant that won't cause you to be a nasty person, I would try Zoloft or some of the herbal remedies that were suggested. - mom to Emma 2 1/2 years w/cf and reflux and Isabelle 4 1/2 years wo/cf ________________________________________________________________ The best thing to hit the internet in years - Juno SpeedBand!
