Guest guest
Dear Sandy, Never having had a whipple, I'm not sure if this is the right answer for you, but it sounds to me as though whatever problems you were having before the whipple have returned. I know many people are told by their doctor's that the whipple will correct their problems and they'll be free of the pain, but I've seen all too many of these patients back on this forum complaining that their pain has returned, and the problems have started back up again. Hopefully one of the people who have had this procedure will speak up with their experiences post-whipple, and tell you more. Please let us know how else we can help you. So that brings me up to the last few weeks, my attacks have been getting worse so they did a CT on Abs.w/ iodine, an upper GI w/ small bowel series. My question to everyone would be, what is the significance of swollen lymphnodes and an inflamation in the abdomin? the last time they saw this was before my whipple, they took it out with the whipple sandy (mynx) genz
