Guest guest
Mark Hi, I hope you get this. I recently had an endoscopic ultrasound of the pancreas to find out why I had 2 pancreatic attacks in one week requiring being admitted. I thought it was the CP but after the EUS he said it was actually 2 acute attacks. He wants to discuss doing the manometry of the sphinctor of Oddi because he thinks that the problem lies within the duct. I and my husband are a little unsure of this procedure since it requires doing the ERCP. It is alot riskier and wonder if by having the procedure will it really help. I hate to do it and not find anything and because of the procedure have another attack. Help Please... Patty Jensen Louisville, KY
