Just wanted to add to Mark's post about SOD that sometimes even if

you have SOD and that sphincter does not spasm or is relaxed the

mannometry pressures won't be elevated so it totally does not rule

anything out. A very aggravating condition to say the least!

As they say, been there done that and still doing it!
