Guest guest
Hi everyone, We just received a phone call from Make A Wish to say Eilish has been accepted for her wish. We have to pick 3 dates were want and they will see which one is okay. Were very happy for her. Although I did have a bit of a cry privately as it hits you that you child is sick enough to even get one of these. And that was sad and confronting. But once that was out of the way then yippee here we come. I had a very nice b/day today,. The children got me some nice books (I'm a avid reader). Has anyone read Forbidden Love? No its not a love story, its a true story about honour killings in Iraq. I know everyone has bad feelings against these people right know but the women and children have a terrible life. If anyone wants a good book get this one. Well goodnight (Australia)

Guest guest
, you will have a wonderful time with Make a wish my sons make a wish was a very rewarding experience, Just remember to RELAX and enjoy every minute of it. Let your daughter have some time off from her regular grinding schedule of meds(not saying dont do and give them just dont focus on them) and being the sick kid for awhile. I really believe it gives their spirit a lift that does more for them then all the medication and physical therapy in the world can do. Just one moms view. Have fun Cindy > >Reply-To: cfparents >To: <cfparents > >Subject: make a wish okayed >Date: Wed, 19 Feb 2003 21:15:23 +1030 > >Hi everyone, > >We just received a phone call from Make A Wish to say Eilish has been >accepted for her wish. Guest guest
, Congrats on the MAke A Wish trip! It will be really great! Glad you had a good birthday today. I had heard of the book Forbidden Love but didnt know the name. Let us know how it is--I will have to get it to read. I have heard some of the stories about the women and children. It is so sad how they have to live. Mu brother-in-law sent my sister a burka. It is different seeing and putting one on and just seeing it on the news or in the papers--soooo confining. Total loss of identity! Love ya! Aunt B
