I too have had carpal tunnel and I can almost promise you that your

symptoms will disapate or go away if one takes a vitamin b complex

vitamin usually with me the symptoms will resolve in a couple of

weeks and when the pain comes back I just take the vitamins again

and it works, my mother and grandmother both have done this and it

was suggested to my grandmother years ago by her family physican and

it is cheap and easy and sure beats trying before having surgery. As

with any medication always check with your family physician before

starting any medication protocol, just in case in my be

contraindicated for you. Hope this helps someone.

This Vitamin B complex tablet also helped one of my co workers with his CTS. He

swears by it. I have a chiropractor that works with me on occassion at work and

he is a believer himself. I forgot all about that option for Carpal tunnel .Must

of had a brain fart !!!!!!!!!!!! gee I wonder if Vitamin B will help with that !
