Hi im new & little strest

Hi everyone

Just to give you a little background on me,I have 2 sons 2 daughters, and 3

grand daughters.One of my daughters tested pos.for H.I.V. 2 yrs.ago and 1

granddaughter tested pos. for cf. last summer ,and now my husband of 25 yrs.

have been diagnoised with advanced kidney cancer of with they cannot

treat,they give him 1 yr.

As for the 3 different disseases, I dont realy know much about any of them

yet,except that cf & H.I.V. both have a life expectecy of over 20 yrs.

If anyone has any info about cf that you thing might be usefull to us please

feel free to pass it along.

I have been doing alot of reading on cf lately and i am learning slowly.

By the way my granddaughter is 1 1/2 yrs.with cf.She has had a fairly rough

time so far with beeing in and out of hosp. but all in all shes doing fairly

good.I think she weighs around 20lbs.she is walking and starting to talk.We

are kinda worried that as she gets more and more active and running & stuff

that she with burn that much more calories,and may get skinny again, right

now she is just a tab on the pudgy side witch is good.She still has lots of

bowlmovements per day,Her doc. thinks it maybe because she still drinks alot

of milk.

I have been reading some of the other post and I im really looking forward

to sharing info. and ideas with all of you.
