Still unable to get to chat site

I have tried many times to go to the chat site-doesn't work out-I am

pretty sure this is not from my end?? I have seen a cpl. of posts

reguarding this same problem, or that no one is in the site, but

that I know happens w/support chat sites. If anyone has info. to

help, I have followed all the instructions given. Would appreciate

any advise--ty--peace & love a
