Go to their website at <A HREF= " http://www.ambrygen.com/cysticfibrosistest.htm " > http://www.ambrygen.com/cysticfibrosistest.htm</A> They also list all the mutations, and give a brief history on most as to severity, ethnic background, etc... I'm not so sure about the idea of labeling these mutations according to their severity of CF, as I don't think there has been enough research compiled to make such statements.
